The first time Ester services your home or office, unless otherwise specified, it will a receive a deep and thorough cleaning.   Then  if you wish to continue with our service, we can follow up with a routine cleaning plan that best meets your budget and cleaning needs.  Ester and her crew will perform a complete routine cleaning during every visit to maintain the cleanliness of the building. We offer weekly, biweekly, or monthly recurring cleanings schedules at affordable prices. Prices are set depending on the frequency of our recurring visits, the size of the building in square feet, and the amount and type of rooms.

Weekly cleanings

For those who are too busy to do any cleaning of their own, or would otherwise spend their free time doing something else more meaningful to them.  Budget-wise, the cost of the routine weekly cleaning is usually the most expensive monthly plan; however, when broken down per visit (once per week), each individual payment is the least.

Biweekly cleanings

For those who are on a moderate budget, or have time to do some basic cleaning on their own, but need a some help maintaining cleanliness.

 

Monthly cleanings

Best for people who are willing and able to do the basic cleaning, but either don’t have time, or would rather not do detailed cleaning.  This schedule is the least expensive monthly, but the payment is the highest.

For example:
$45/visit (x4)= $180/month on the weekly plan.
$60/visit (x2)= $120/month on the biweekly plan

$90/visit (x1) = $90/month on the monthly plan

We happily do specialty cleanings as well.  We will work with you to personalize your cleaning experience in the exact way that you want it.

The details of the type cleaning service Ester and her crew will perform a during every routine cleaning visit to maintain the cleanliness of you home are as follows:

Kitchen

General cleaning and disinfection of all of the following:
Clean on top and around refrigerator
Clean front of cabinets
Top of counters
Microwave in and out (do not move)
Sink (around faucet and drain area)
Top of stove
(removing drip pans, clean underneath if gas, will not touch gas pipes)
Outside of range hood
Front of oven and dishwasher
Dust table, chairs, and ceiling lamp
Sweep or vacuum and mop floor

Dusting

Window sills
Mini-blinds
(general dusting front side,
if you need one by one,
let me know before cleaning day, extra charge)
Picture frames (dry cloth)
Stair banister
Lamps, furniture, ceiling fans
Chair rails
Mirrors and doors

Vacuuming

All accessible floors agreed upon
Hardwood floors vacuumed, dry mop or damp mop
Stairs
Sofas and chairs to be vacuumed are optional,
(just be sure to inform me that you wish them to be cleaned, extra charge)

Bathrooms

General cleaning and disinfection of all of the following:
Bathtubs and tile walls
Showers and doors
Vanity and sink Cabinets outside
Mirrors
Light fixtures
Toilets (in and out)
Sweep or vacuum and mop
Baseboards

Other

Clean cobwebs and dust baseboards in areas that can be reached.
Change master bedroom bed
(please leave sheets on top of master bed,
if another bed needs changed,
let me know before cleaning day, extra charge)
Clean fingerprints around door locks & switches
Collect trash
Oven or refrigerator  and it freezer cleaned inside optional
(just let me know before cleaning day, extra charge)

We do use short ladders, but anything outside of our short ladders reach will not be cleaned.  Also, because of the time and detail it takes to clean, for an extra charge, we will dust plants, both artificial and real.  If we have the manpower that we could reasonably move heavy stuff without injury, we will move it. If not, we will clean around it, and under as best we can.
